dREAM bUILDERS cHILD dEVELOPMENT cENTER

 Impact Baltimore will work collectively with public, private, and nonprofit sectors to offer after-school programs for neighboring elementary and middle school students and build a stateof-the-art child development program focusing on developing STEM skills and language arts in young children. 


We envision a center that will offer year-round activities, including dance classes, music lessons, and summer programs. In addition, we will provide fitness and wellness programs to promote the health and wellbeing of adults, teens, and children.

About Impact Baltimore EDC

 With an established conference center, the Impact Baltimore Dream Builders Community Center will serve as an anchor in the Northwest Baltimore County community by providing meeting space and conference hosting services to neighboring organizations.  Economic empowerment for individuals and families is an established mission and focus of Impact Baltimore. We offer a 3-5 year plan to support the families and businesses of our community. Our community center will provide classes in budgeting, entrepreneurship and business development, and homeownership, in addition to providing retail space and a community café.
