To develop and sustain relationships and partnerships with local organizations to provide community-based resources, programs, and services to nurture and stimulate the growth of Northwest Baltimore County.

To empower individuals to positively impact Northwest Baltimore County through economic stability and personal development.

Impact Baltimore Economic Development Corporation (Impact Baltimore EDC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization rooted in Northwest Baltimore County. Located in Randallstown, Maryland, we are dedicated to empowering people and improving lives through community-based programs and services that build lasting economic strength and personal resilience.
Our work is grounded in four core pillars that address the most critical needs facing individuals and families in our community:
Financial knowledge is the foundation of a stable life. Far too many Baltimore County residents struggle with debt, limited savings, and a lack of access to basic banking and financial planning tools. Through practical, accessible education in budgeting, money management, and credit building, Impact Baltimore EDC equips community members with the skills and confidence to take control of their financial futures.
Homeownership remains one of the most powerful pathways to generational wealth — yet it is out of reach for too many families in our region. Impact Baltimore EDC works to close that gap by providing guidance, education, and resources to help residents navigate the homebuying process, understand mortgage options, and achieve the stability that comes with owning a home.
Small businesses are the lifeblood of thriving communities. In Northwest Baltimore County, supporting local entrepreneurs means investing in job creation, neighborhood revitalization, and economic self-sufficiency. Impact Baltimore EDC nurtures aspiring and emerging business owners through training, mentorship, and business development resources that turn ideas into sustainable enterprises.
A strong workforce drives a strong community. Impact Baltimore EDC connects residents with the tools, training, and opportunities they need to enter, re-enter, or advance in today's job market. By building career readiness and expanding access to employment pathways, we help individuals achieve economic independence and contribute to the broader growth of our region.
Together, these four pillars form the backbone of our commitment to Northwest Baltimore County — because when individuals are empowered, families are strengthened, and communities thrive.
THE LITTLE DREAMERS DAYCARE ACADEMY will work collectively with public, private, and nonprofit sectors to offer after-school programs for neighboring elementary and middle school students and build a state of-the-art child development program focusing on developing STEM skills and language arts in young children.
We envision a center that will offer year-round activities, including dance classes, music lessons, and summer programs. In addition, we will provide fitness and wellness programs to promote the health and well being of adults, teens, and children.
